I had the most ridiculous lady speak to me at work yesterday. She was mad because her phones got cut off because SHE didn’t pay the bills, and then had the nerve to say she better not have any reconnection fees because she paid the bill. AND THEN when I was trying to get her some kind of help out of the kindness of my heart this heffer says something about how the hold music/messages were honoring Hispanics and that the company should honor Americans like they do with Hispanic people. I was like wtf you ignorant bitch (but I didn’t say it out loud of course, not losing my job for some idiot). So I told her to call financial services to see if they’ll take care of her fees for her, knowing damn well that financial services only helps people make payment arrangements and wouldn’t take her call. I checked her account after I got off the phone w/ her and sure enough they had transferred her back to customer service lol
